Rooted in Memory: Herbalism, Healing, and Black Cultural Traditions is an interactive workshop that explores the rich legacy of African American herbal knowledge, cultural memory, and community care. Through storytelling, guided reflection, and creative engagement, participants learn about the healing traditions carried across generations while considering their own relationships to wellness, ancestry, and personal ritual. The workshop creates space for connection, reflection, and honoring the ways knowledge, resilience, and care are passed through community.
